About This Job

In this role, you’ll prove yourself in your first year as a successful sales representative, and then you’ll be given the opportunity to build New Castle Steel’s sales strategy and lead our sales effort from the ground up. As the Sales Leader, you’ll create and carry out sales plans matching our company’s goals, helping grow our revenue. You’ll work on building solid relationships with people in the industry, finding new chances for business, and guiding our sales approach to get deeper into the market and improve our results. Working with different teams and coaching our sales crew, you’ll help us hit our business targets, beat our sales goals, and make New Castle Steel a known name in the construction field.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Drive revenue growth: Plan and execute sales initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth

  2. Achieve deeper market penetration: Strategically identify and exploit opportunities to increase market share within existing and new markets

  3. Lead all aspects of sales strategy: Develop effective sales processes and procedures to grow the company and position it as an innovative leader

  4. Expand distributor, dealer, and contractor networks: Enhance market penetration and strengthen business partnerships by expanding networks

Balancing immediate sales targets with long-term growth objectives, they will use data-driven insight and intuition to make informed decisions and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Additionally, our ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Eight or more years of experience in the construction industry

  • Three or more years of sales experience within the construction industry

  • Some past experience with fast-moving and growing companies
